2010 Formula One Racing:Chinese Grand PrixApril 14, 2010 by Marc Jerbs

On Sunday, F1 Racing travels to Shanghai, China for its 4th race of the season, the Chinese Grand Prix. It would be a 56-race lap around the circuit length of 5.451 km with total race distance of 305.066 km. Sunday's weather forecast would pose additional problem for each team, as light rains are expected that day.

The Ferrari duo of Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso currently holds the top 2 places in the driver's standings. Also, Ferrari holds a 10 point lead at the Constructor's Championship standings. However, it is still very early in the season to anoint the Ferrari team as the team to beat.

McLaren-Mercedes and RBR-Renault still pose a threat to Ferrari in terms of race pace and car reliability.

Dark horse Mercedes GP team is also capable of snatching a few wins right under the radar of the top three teams. Nico Rosberg is slowly showing his potential under the tutelage of Michael Schumacher. Mercedes GP is just a few tweaks away to challenge Ferrari, McLaren and RBR-Renault every race this season.

The auto racing handicappers have installed RBR-Renault driver Sebastian Vettel as the hands on favorite to win the Chinese Grand Prix. He's heavily favored to earn a back-to-back win after his tremendous showing at the Malaysian Grand Prix.
