2010 NFL Season Week 2:Baltimore Ravens vs.
Cincinnati BengalsSeptember 15, 2010 by Marc Jerbs

On Sunday, the Cincinnati Bengals will host archrivals Baltimore Ravens at the Paul Brown Stadium. This would be the opening home season game of the Bengals in front of their raucous and rabid fans.

The Bengals were manhandled by the New England Patriots in Week 1. The new combo of Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco combined for 212 passing yards and 1 TD. However, it was their defensive unit that needs to adjust in their next game against the Ravens.

Bragging rights and pride are also on the line. Last season, the Bengals swept the season series against the Ravens. Expect Chad Ochocinco to talk trash with Ray Lewis and the Ravens all week until game time.

The Baltimore Ravens will play their 2nd consecutive road game of the season against a team who are highly rated to make the playoffs. The Ravens hopes to score its 2nd consecutive road win after silencing flamboyant coach Rex Ryan and his NY Jets last Monday night.

This game could turn into a highly physical game; expect a lot of jostling and trash-talking after each play. Both are highly passionate teams but only one could end up as a winner.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Baltimore Ravens a 1.5-point favorite to beat the Cincinnati Bengals. Yet, this match may go the Bengals' way.
