NASCAR's Chase for the Sprint Cup:AAA 400September 27, 2010 by Marc Jerbs

On Sunday, NASCAR's Chase for the Sprint Cup moves to Dover, Delaware for the AAA 400. The AAA 400 race event will be held at the 1-mile oval track of Dover International Speedway. The race will start at 2PM ET.

Last week, Tony Stewart became the second driver to win the first two races in the Chase for the Sprint Cup. With back-to-back wins, Stewart has now a big shot at the title as he bolted from 1st place in the driver's standing.

The former 2002 and 2005 cup champion downplayed his chances entering this year's 10-race playoff, but after two wins he is now considered as a favorite.

Kevin Harvick is 7 points behind Tony Stewart while Brad Keselowski sits at third place. Other notable drivers competing for the Sprint Cup title are Carl Edwards, Jeff Gordon, Kyle Busch, Matt Kenseth, Dale Earnhard Jr., Kurt Busch, Jimmie Jonson, Ryan Newman and Denny Hamlin.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Tony Stewart as the odds on favorite to win the Sprint Cup title. However, Kevin Harvick and Carl Edwards could still challenge Stewart with 8 races remaining in the race season.
