2011 NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game 2:Chicago Bulls vs. Miami HeatMay 18, 2011 by Marc Jerbs

On Wednesday, the Chicago Bulls plays the Miami Heat in Game 2 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals at the United Center in Chicago, IL. The Bulls leads the series, 1-0. Game time is set at 8:30PM ET.

The Miami Heat would try to rebound and tie the series at one-game a piece. Falling 0-2 in a NBA Conference Finals is too hard to overcome especially if you don't have the home court advantage.

Dwayne Wade and Lebron James both have an off night in Game 1. Both players shot way below their playoff FG averages. The Heat was not able to rotate the ball and settled for one-on-one plays which the Bulls could defend easily because they have the quick and athletic defenders.

The only bright spot for the Heat was the outstanding game of Chris Bosh. His mid jumpers were on cue as well as his post plays. Bosh failed to lead the Heat because both James and Wade were not performing well the whole game.

The Chicago Bulls may have won Game 1 with a big lead. But they must be ready for Game 2 as the Miami Heat had 2 days to adjust defense and offensive plays. They must expect Wade and James to have their A-game for Game 2 and be ready to whatever both players will do on the court.

The sports book handicappers have installed the Chicago Bulls as a 2-point favorite to beat the Miami Heat and secure a 2-0 series lead.
