2012 AFC Divisional Playoffs:Denver Broncos vs.
New England PatriotsJanuary 11, 2012 by Marc Jerbs

On Saturday, the Denver Broncos face the top-ranked team New England Patriots for the AFC Divisional playoffs. The Patriots holds the homefield advantage throughout the playoffs in the AFC.

The prestigious Gillette Stadium will host the game and kick off is set at 8PM ET.

Last week, the Denver Broncos manage to pull out an OT win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. QB Tim Tebow led the Broncos by picking up his spots on when to passing and when to unleash his rushing game. The Steelers' defense was startled and it work magnificently for the Broncos.

The AFC East champion Patriots defeated the Broncos in Week 15, 41-23.

New England's offensive line did a good job protecting QB Tom Brady and the Broncos didn't have the players to match up against tight ends Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski. New England players are fully rested for two weeks and have a longer time in devising a game plan against the Broncos.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the New England Patriots as a 13.5-point favorite to beat the Denver Broncos. The Broncos may seem to be overmatch in on Saturday night but with Tim Tebow on their side everything is possible.
