2012 European PGA Tour:Ballantine's ChampionshipApril 25, 2011 by Marc Jerbs

On Thursday, the 2012 European Tour moves to Blackstone Golf Club in South Korea for the Ballantine's Championship. The Blackstone Golf Club will test the mettle of each golfer with its course length and demand on accuracy.

Englishman Lee Westwood must display the same level of skill, power and accuracy in order to repeat as a champion. Last year's runner up Miguel Angel Jimenez will be looking to go one better than last year when he finished a stroke behind Westwood.

Other notable players that could challenge Lee Westwood for the title include Darren Clarke, Paul Casey and Ian Poulter. Korean players KT Kim, Bae Sang-moon and YE Yang will also pose as a threat since they know the golf course very well.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Adam Scott as the odds on favorite to win the Ballantine's Championship. However, Ian Poulter and Miguel Angel Jimenez will be his stiffest challengers throughout the tournament.
