2012 NBA Season Matchup:Boston Celtics vs. Miami HeatApril 10, 2012 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Boston Celtic visit the AmericanAirlines Arena to face East rival Miami Heat. Game time is set at 7PM ET.

Last April 1, the Boston Celtics had an easy time beating the Miami at the TD Garden, 91-72. Rajon Rondo's triple double performance was too much for the Heat's defense.

The Celtics will try to for its eight win in 10 games against a Heat team that's been nearly unbeatable at home. Expect a playoff time atmosphere as these two teams meet for the third time this season.

The Heat is two games behind for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Miami's 17-game home winning streak was stopped last Friday by Memphis. They eventually erased their home loss heartache by beating the Pistons last Sunday, 98-75.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Miami Heat as a 7.5-point favorite to beat the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night. Boston may have a chance to beat the Heat again if they could contain the Heat's transition offense.
