2014 College Football:Auburn Tigers at
Kansas State WildcatsSeptember 16, 2014 by Marc Jerbs

On Thursday, 5th ranked Auburn Tigers will go up against 20th ranked Kansas State Wildcats at the Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas. Game time is set at 7:30PM ET.

Auburn is coming of a bye week after rolling to easy victories in their first two games of the season. The Tigers' vaunted ground game has still enough power after RB Tre Mason was drafted in the NFL.

RB duo Cameron Artis-Payne and Corey Grant have successfully filled the void left by Tre Mason. QB Nick Marshall is a skilled passer but he must improve his passing game base on his personal critique of himself.

Kansas State has never beaten Auburn in three of their meetings. Things might change this season with dual threat QB Jake Waters. He is a rare quarterback that has an excellent passing and running game.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Auburn Tigers as a 9-point favorite to beat the Kansas State Wildcats on Thursday night.
