The Toronto Raptors barged into its first Eastern Conference Finals after defeating the Miami Heat in Game 7 of their semifinals series. Raptors dynamic duo of Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan finally found their groove in time to help Toronto booked its ticket against the Cleveland.
