2016 NBA Season:Chicago Bulls vs. Miami HeatMarch 01, 2015 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Chicago Bulls goes to Miami, Florida to face archrival Miami Heat at the AmericanAirlines Arena. Game time is at 7:30PM ET.

Southeast Division leader Miami Heat will continue its playoff push without injured Chris Bosh in their minds. Miami's front office added veteran Joe Johnson in its roster after he was waived by the Brooklyn Nets.

Joe Johnson was in the starting lineup when they faced New York last Sunday. He scored 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting and was at ease with his transition from one of league's worst team to a division leader fighting for a favorable playoff position.

The Chicago Bulls have dropped from the top half in the Eastern Conference into an eight place tie with Charlotte and Detroit. They have won only 8 of their last 16 games and has seen a lot of injuries from its players. Injuries to Derrick Rose, Jimmy Butler, Nikola Mirotic and Joakim Noah has placed the Bulls in a dogfight for a playoff position.

Paul Gasol and Taj Gibson have carried the Bulls despite an injury-depleted lineup. Other players must step up until their key players are back injury-free. It would be a three-way battle for the last spot in the Eastern Conference between Chicago, Detroit and Charlotte.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Miami Heat as the favorite to beat the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday night.
