2016 NBA Season:Miami Heat vs. Houston RocketsFebruary 02, 2015 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Houston Rockets will face the Miami Heat in a West-East matchup between two playoff contenders. Game time is set at 8PM ET and will be played at the Toyota Center in Houston, TX.

The Miami Heat puts its four-game winning streak on the line against the Houston Rockets. Miami will have a three-game road trip in 4 days which will begin in Houston followed by Dallas and Charlotte.

Center Hassan Whiteside is due to return in the starting lineup after sitting out five games due to his injury. During his absence, veteran Amare Stoudemire filled his spot and averaged 9.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and shot 59.5% on the floor over the past six games.

The Houston Rockets looks to avenge its 109-89 road loss against Miami last November 1. Hassan Whiteside dominated inside as he took advantage of Dwight Howard's absence. This time around Houston will have Dwight Howard at center and will play at home.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Houston Rockets as a 5-point favorite to beat the Miami Heat on Tuesday night.
