On Tuesday, the Cleveland Indians will host Game 1 of the 2016 World Series against the Chicago Cubs at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. The first pitch is set at 8PM ET.

Both Chicago and Cleveland will target in winning their first championship in more than three generations or more. The Cleveland Indians has not won a World Series title since 1948. Their last World Series appearance was in 1997 when they lose Game 7 to the Florida Marlins.

Likewise, the Chicago Cubs are also hungry in securing a World Series title. Chicago last won the World Series in 1908 and they're last World Series appearance was win 1945. Both teams have the same motivation but only hungrier between the two will eventually take home the World Series title.

Chicago will let left-hander Jon Lester pitch on the mound for Game 1. He's 2-0 with a .86 ERA and a .76 WHIP in 21 innings in the playoffs. Cleveland will counter with their ace pitcher Corey Cluber. He's 2-1 with .98 ERA. Cleveland will have home field advantage in the World Series after the American League won this year's All-Star Game.

The baseball handicappers have installed the Chicago Cubs and Jon Lester as the favorites to win Game 1 of the 2016 World Series against the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday night.
