All Williams Finals
Looms at WimbledonJuly 01, 2009 by Marc Jerbs

The women's single tournament is shaping up as another sister act event for the Williams sisters at the Wimbledon. Both Venus and Serena have reached the semifinals of this year's tournament. Both players have owned the centre court of the All England Club. Venus had won at Wimbledon 5 times while younger sister Serena won it 2 times.

It won't be easy for both of them since their opponents are also strong and could derail their plans for an all family affair in the championship. Venus Williams will meet world no.1 Dinara Safina while Serena Williams faces 4th seeded Elena Dementiava.

Venus is seeking her third straight Wimbledon title, she needs to dictate the game and use her power game in order to beat the erratic Safina. While Serena, who is seeking her third career Wimbledon title, must use her speed, guile and power to subdue the unpredictable Dementiava.

The betting gods are all-in for another sister act in the Wimbledon finals, both are an overwhelming favorite to beat each of their semifinals opponents. Geez! I think it's better to go with the flow since both are tested and true tennis greats of their generation.
