On Saturday, Aston Villa will face Everton in matchweek 2 of the 2022-23 Premier League season.

Kick-off is set 12:30PM BST at the Villa Park in Birmingham, UK.

Everton did not have a positive start in their 2022 season in matchweek 1.

They suffered a 1-0 loss to Chelsea and they will need a bounce back win badly.

Everton was able to hold the fort against Chelsea but eventually gave in. They will have plenty of work to do in order to move up in Premier League table.

Likewise, Aston Villa absorbed 2-0 loss against Bournemouth in their matchweek 1 fixture.

They played poorly throughout the game they can't afford another poor performance against Everton.

Players must step up with their game this weekend.

Expect Ollie Watkins and Philippe Coutinho to accept the challenge for their team.
