On Saturday, Colby Covington will face Jorge Masvidal in the main event of UFC 272.

It will be a welterweight bout between the former friends and now rivals in the talent-rich division.

Main event starts 10:00PM EST at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, NV.

Both fighters have something in common, each of them lost twice to defending welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.

Colby Covington is coming off a decision loss to Kamaru Usman at UFC 268.

He came up short for the 2nd time to defeat the champion.

Likewise, Jorge Masvidal fought Kamaru Usman twice at UFC 251 and UFC 261.

However, it was in UFC 261 that he got a brutal knockdown from the champion.

Both Covington and Masvidal turned bitter rivals after their friendship ended.

They will fight not only to beat each other but also for a chance to fight Kamaru Usman for the third time.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Colby Covington as the favorite to win over Jorge Masvidal on Saturday's UFC 272.
